At Penfield Olives we use a traditional family recipe originating from the Greek island of Chios to cure our extensive range of kalamata olives and table olives to bring you the most flavoursome olives available. Generations of knowledge has been passed down through the family and used today in our production facility. This has resulted in our Australian table olives having intense flavour and superior quality.
Our olives are allowed to naturally ripen on the tree to maximise flavour, and all of our green and black table olives are handpicked. Texture and flavour is maintained by carefully controlling the temperature during the fermentation process and delivering a chilled product.
As growers and producers of several different varieties of olives we are able to bring them to you in various different processing methods including whole kalamata olives, pitted kalamata olives, sliced kalamata olives, kalamata olive halves, whole green olives, pitted green olives, wild olives, and Aussie pitted mix olives.
Our table olives are available in 2kg, 5kg and 10kg pails for the food service industry and 380g and 1kg jars for the retail sector.
