At Penfield Olives we use a traditional family recipe originating from the Greek island of Chios to cure our extensive range of olive products to bring you the most flavoursome olives available. Generations of knowledge has been passed down through the family and used today in our production facility. This has resulted in our Australian olive products having intense flavour and superior quality.
Our olives are allowed to naturally ripen on the tree to maximise flavour, and all of our green and black table olives are handpicked. Texture and flavour is maintained by carefully controlling the temperature during the fermentation process and delivering a chilled product.
As growers and producers of olive products we are able to bring them to you in various different processing methods including whole kalamata olives, pitted kalamata olives, sliced kalamata olives, jumbo green olives (blonde), whole green olives, pitted green olives, stuffed green olives and baby kalamata olives.
Our olive products are available in 380g and 1kg jars for the retail sector and 2kg and 10kg pails for the food service industry.
